    Hi! I never received the last Voyager update (2.4, May 2017) in my email. I just downloaded it from the Themeforest page and installed a few minutes ago, but it didn’t work. All the typographies were wrong and the Home and internal pages have mistakes. Could you send me the correct update? I send you some screenshots. Thanks!

    No. We need to watch your code to fix it.
    Maybe on the weekends, when there are not enough visitors or in the evening, you can activate the latest version.

    Hi Sergey, I’ve just upload the last version of the theme. Could you check it as soon as possible please? Some things look strange: typographies, mega menu in the home, the slider does not load, some sections do not load well either.

    Two things more about the home: the categories list (style carrousel) is enabled but doesn’t appear and the menu doesn’t work too!

    try to deactivate all plugins. leave only the recommended plugins.

    Hi Sergey, sorry, but the plugins I used are the ones I need. Which are the “recommended plugins”? If I need one, I can’t use? That’s no an answer. There’s something else to do? In the old version everything was ok.

    We did not make any critical changes to the latest version. The problem can be with your line. we recommend that you deactivate all plugins to template. you deactivate the plugins and test the site. If the error disappears, then the problem in one of the plugins.

    Ok, I understand. But the point is that the theme works with Mailchimp, but in my case I have more than 5,000 suscribers in my blog, so I can’t use it. Instead, I have installed Lead Thrives. And this plugin causes the errors I told you. Please, have this in mind in future upgrades.

    Sorry, the correct name of the plugin is Thrive Leads.

    My site is working now because I had to pay a programmer to resolve it. But this is not the solution, the theme must work the most popular plugins as Thrive Leads and not just with one as Mailchimp.

    This is not a plugin error.
    We wrote you a custom code for these indents in one of the topics.
